I've been quiet on the scarcity of "women in crypto" for... reasons...lol. But I'm a long-time feminist. If I ever write on this topic I'll point to the elephant in the room, which is the structural factors. “We as GenX women are time-poor…” Indeed. Elephant-in-the-room structural factor, take #1. The time crunch (and the lack of viable options for easing it) is the biggest reason I put the Crones of Web3 group to rest. Nice to see initiatives targeting GenX, in any case. (Side note: Thelma and Louise!! 😍)
