Coinbase and its CEO, Brian Armstrong, are facing a new class action lawsuit accusing them of misleading investors into buying securities. The complaint states that Coinbase admitted in its user agreement that it was a securities broker, but offered SOL, MATIC, NEAR, MANA, ALGO,UN, and XLM as illegal securities. /DEGEN
