just wrapped up an amazing book called "Nudge" by thaler & sunstein. it's all about how little changes in the way choices are presented can have a big impact on decisions we make every day. 🤯 now i'm thinking about all the "nudges" around me, from the grocery store layout to the way apps are designed. ever notice how some things just guide you without even realizing? definitely recommend giving it a read if you're into decision-making and psychology! 📚ðŸ’
