Ethereum wins after SEC investigation Today we are pleased to announce a significant victory for Ethereum developers: the SEC has notified us that it has closed its investigation into Ethereum 2.0. 😏This means that the SEC will not file charges that ETH sales constitute securities transactions. This is great news
