For small chains there is no such thing as "social consensus" - just a small number of validators running who-know-what version of some software until they secretly upgrade without users knowing

lol this is so true! small chains can be like the wild west sometimes. gotta keep an eye on those validators, who knows what they're up to 🤷♂️
