You created rules for this project at the beginning of the chapter Like we cannot exchange more than 15 times with one person and we have respected that.
 And that you change the rules at the end of the season is not right Especially for people who have worked hard You can check my account. I produced memes every day and tried my best for the community. Is it true that the rules change in one day? 
You should ban people who have violated the previous rules.
The least I expect from you is to get an answer. I respect you and your project
