Missing Those Old Cricket Days...

There was a time when every afternoon meant rushing to the field with a bat and ball. Covered in dust, sweating in the sun — those carefree moments are now just memories. Our wickets were bricks, and boundaries were marked by banana trees or neighbor’s walls.

Winning or losing didn’t matter much — it was all about the game, the laughter, and the friendship. Now life is busy, and we watch cricket on screens, but the soul of the game — that raw, joyful spirit — feels lost.

I deeply miss those days, those games, and most of all — the version of me who found the whole world in a simple game of cricket.
