In the silence of the night, where the moonlight, Through the branches of the lime trees, flows down, My soul, in captivity of a dream, Is looking for an answer, in silent silence. In the starry sky, the distances are twinkling, The stars are like sparks, in the night they burn, The secrets of the Universe beckon us, And in the heart of the secrets they keep. The noise of the city will soon cease, The world will sink into the night peace, And in this silence, under the moon, I hear a whisper in my soul.
