We have shared so much amount of information on the internet now that we cannot do anything about it.
We can be easily tracked by the malicious guys and the governments agencies.
The focus on our privacy was the never the option we opted for when getting into all this.

If we all have chosen privacy, we would have lost on convenience and ease of access. We all traded privacy for better convenience. Not even the laws can protect us.
