An 11. Charging port had stopped working properly – had to angle my phone like crazy to get it to charge. I know that’s probably a very fixable issue but I figured it was time for an upgrade and I got a bit of money off for the trade-in

Price mainly – not a huge difference but enough for me, and just fancied trying the latest product. It’s the first time I’m buying my own phone in full from my salary so as an Apple fan boy it was a bit of fun to preorder and be one of the first commercial users to get my hands on it
