Feeling the consensus over consumer friendliness vs decentralization shift too far for my liking recently (even beyond farcaster)

Let’s be pragmatic and remember why we are here. Nobody said building better, more resilient systems was going to be easy

It’s the same story as with the internet

Internet was supposed to be about the free flowing exchange of information - but consumer friendliness came from giving up control and walling up our gardens

We will see some of that happen with our ecosystems too - it’s inevitable

But the fight must stay on
