My native city is also decorated with street arts. The main goal is to make old prewar buildings look more attractive. All the works are painted by famous artists! This is the abstraction of the Belgian artist Corentin Bernard, called "Elevation" ITAP of a street art

The art that is in the city is just to remind the citizens that we are presenting the history of the city and the process of their reconstruction at the same time. This is a very correct and principled thing in my opinion.
