Living a considered life, one that is thoughtfully examined, intentional and aligned with personal values. Which for me boils down to helping people and making art, which I get to do every day, as well as rebelling against the status quo and bringing about change where possible. WHAT QUALITY DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST IN A MAN? Healthy emotional expression. I work in mental health and have seen the impact and strength in men expressing emotions in a healthy way, and the detriment of the opposite. Most of the time anger and aggression, which are attributed to male behaviour are actually cover emotions for fear and insecurity around being judged.
