Rather than directing tokens to re-create networks that already exist in web2, I think the focus should be on building net new marketplaces/networks that don't exist in web2, because the cost to bootstrap those networks is too immense. 

Tokens can help these "should exist" marketplaces exist

Private graphs for social utilities and private memberships. Public graphs for social networks and public profiles. 

Relationships and data sharing both have public and personal use-cases.
