a lie we believe daily: we don't onboard users because of ux just take a look at any big web2 platform - it's pure chaos. amazon, hotmail, government websites, health apps, etc., and still, millions of users access them daily our problem is not ux; it's solving a specific need our society has

Learning this with /rolodexsocial - rudimentary UX, desktop only, works 90% of the time, yet people giving us great feedback because it solves private member search. Also getting requests for mobile, better UX etc etc but those are only distraction for the real users.
