The Mask We Wear
Beneath the mask, a silent prayer, A wish to soar, a soul laid bare. In the dance of veils, we find release, From the burdens we carry, a momentβs peace.
For in the mask, we see reflected, The myriad selves weβve once projected. Yet, as we embrace the masquerade, Our truest selves are not betrayed.
