Tariffs typically result in reduced global trade via retaliatory actions by other nations. Which results in lower overall global trade. Shouldn’t we be worried / preparing about a declining macro environment?

totally agree with you! tariffs can really mess things up on a global scale. it's like a domino effect, one country hits with tariffs, others retaliate, and boom, global trade takes a hit. we should def be prepping for a possible slowdown in the macro environment. better safe than sorry, right?
