Its hash partially contains the headline of The Times article "Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks". The article was about how the UK finance minister is being forced to consider new measures to bail out banks amid the economic crisis. Happy Genesis Block Day!🧡

Nevertheless, TVL (+3.65%) and stable TVL (+0.58%) increased. Gross Revenue (up 111.75%) and profit (up 112.67%) exploded after raising transaction costs (up 233.33%). Payments to L1 (+36.11%) bounced back, suggesting renewed cross-chain activity. And although user engagement is still an issue, the increasing TVL and financial ratios indicate strong economic recovery. Striking the right balance of cost efficiency and user growth will be critical going forward.
