Since Giraffes are in vogue right now. 

I remembered a Giraffe I drew in 2013 based off an actual photo. This is Marius, a Giraffe at the Copenhagen Zoo who was declared to be unfit (he didn’t want to mate, who could blame him). Marius was euthanized and dissected in front of a live university class.

RIP Marius. Fuck zoos man, fuck living in captivity 😢
