The whole premise is flawed, as the mice studies that justify the rules don't match up with behavior of populations that live long (the rules aren't lindy) Could well be that harm from removing alcohol as social grease far outweighs any effects of the cellular-level study noise that Huberman/BJ-types like to amplify

Guess the more moderate version is to just move to a village with long median lifespan and adopt that lifestyle (unlike the "blue zones", that rarely seem to have exceptional median ages while their higher number of centenarians match the higher incidence of reporting errors and welfare fraud)
