In 2021, the 37-year-old U.S. military veteran was shot and killed at a traffic light in Chandler. His killer, Gabriel Horcasitas, was sentenced to 10.5 years in prison for manslaughter. To preserve her brother’s memory, Pulkey’s sister, Stacy Wales, used AI technology, feeding the program his videos and audio recordings.
