This is a pure loyalty test. Everyone knows Gaetz is utterly unqualified and any sane person would reject him outright for the role. But by seeing who still supports him, Trump & his cronies know exactly who they can count on (or more importantly, who they can't count on) to push through whatever they want.

People are just so angry out there and they are only going to get more angry after voting for the guy who made them angry and say ill address that anger. (Dems didnt address it either)
