yep. opportunists, all. pmarca is a sociopath.

I remember being excited when pmarca commented on one of my tweets years ago. Now, I would not be so excited. I've met his partner Ben Horowitz, though, and he seemed like a decent guy. Still a tech mercenary though.

I had a short list of admirable Silicon Valley men, circa 2022. The list is much shorter now. And I can’t shake the sense that, for Marc, there’s something else making him desperate (ie, hidden debt or pending lawsuit or something he’s genuinely worried about).
