For me, it's reversed. iPhone users are more likely to condemn Android than the reverse. Even flagship Androids are presumed budget devices by some iPhone users. Whereas I don't often think about iPhones because they're useless to me 👾

Apple is really, really good at keeping people in their ecosystem and that results in many Apple users believing that iPhones are better across the board. That perception is starting to change though. Some iPhone-using friends and colleagues have commented that they would switch to a Fold if they weren't so locked in.

Yeah that's so crazy to me. My main exposure to Apple products was in the 90s when the school computers couldn't read floppies or open files from anything else. They were a crappy little walled garden ecosystem then, and they still are. I've installed Linux on every Apple laptop, and Android on every iPhone I've owned.
