Does anyone know if Palantir, Twitter, and a16z have diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies, paternity leave, and workplace resolution processes for bullying and discrimination?

They probably did for a few months in mid-2020, but I bet they're long gone now!

So who’d work for them?

I was referring to all the companies that were quick to hire DEI professionals after the George Floyd murder, but let them go and reverted policies as soon as the spotlight was off them.

Ahh, good point. There is DEI doctrine, and the brand it has accrued, then there is also a modern workplace and the expectations of teams and their work environment which means workplaces have modern policies but under a different name, resulting in rank hypocrisy.
