Hot take on farcaster: the larger it’s going to get the more likely it’s going to fail. Basically: supporting the protocol doesn’t deliver the same value to all clients. For small clients it’s 100% value. For medium clients, it’s still quite good (1/x)

Any hint on how to save cloud $ on storage? Seems our biggest expense is going to be SSD, and can’t believe the costs (10 TO = 2k / month wtf?) seems super expensive.

I believe there is a real, complex decision all protocols starting up have to make: the level of centralization of your system. I’ve been working with many nascents ecosystems such as starknet & sui, and it feels like the more « decentralized » you are in a first place; the worse the devX and consistency.
