if you could deterministically register an FID then it would be possible to create open extensions of the network that exist off-hubs and are free to use clients could surface content from this pool of off-hub data and it would be possible pull them onto the protocol on-demand kinda like gassless mints for FIDs

wouldn’t you need an MPC service for this? or network extensions would just be controlled by whoever has the signer on the other hand, MPC is probably easy to set up with an AVS at this point

not really. you can create all the keys and transactions you need offline i.e. - ECDSA custody wallet - pre-signed FID registration transaction - EDDSA signer - pre-signed signer add transaction whenever you create messages just sign it with the pre-deployed signer like you would a normal farcaster message it just becomes a question of data availability - you need to make the public keys and pre-signed transactions available somewhere for someone to submit to the onchain registries if they want to add the messages to hubs
