hey @dwr.eth, have you ever thought about (re)naming Warpcast to just Farcaster? Most people already say, “Follow me on Farcaster” when they actually mean Warpcast. It feels like the brand has naturally evolved that way. I assume that the original goal was to encourage multiple apps on Farcaster, but today, Warpcast is Farcaster for nearly everyone.

this makes sense. congrats on the coinbase wallet collab, the irl sit-down video was a nice touch.

a base client might be the first to be on par w warpcast in terms of activity, this should strengthen the association of farcaster as a protocol instead of an app.

We originally had it that way. 

Made the switch to Warpcast to make the protocol more credibly neutral.

Base is now building a Farcaster client. So making progress on multiple at-scale clients.
