FWIW, there is a giant difference between being "remote" (stationary in one location) vs. "nomadic" (different locations often). Think you can be incredibly productive as remote whereas nomadic is much more difficult.

While work+travel I stay put for at least 3 weeks. Anything shorter and my sanity and work suffers. @vitalik.eth probably knows the most about nomad life here on Farcaster

I've been nomadic for 4 years. It's definitely less productive than remote. But I'm also prioritizing things different: more family time, more experiences; work isn't at the top of the list like it used to be, intentionally (which is a privilege for sure, and I'm grateful for that)
