Wish I could give you some motivational words of wisdom, but it does suck. My wife has been a nurse for like 14 years now, she’s been on multiple different floors, and it all sucks. She found a passion with women’s health and babies and she’s currently a labor and delivery nurse and things have been better for her lately. But I definitely feel where you’re coming from, seeing my wife deal with it over the years. Hopefully you can find your niche, so things don’t suck as much 🫂
