Trashed my back Thursday morning and have been pretty immobile since 😂🙏 rough weekend. Slowly getting back to normal🤞🤞

Ah shit that’s nothing to play around with! My father was a firefighter and hurt his back and was forced to retire, hadn’t been the same since, 25 years and refuses surgery, just stretches and does minor workouts daily

this one took me out way harder than I expected. still have some residual pain from all the clenching I was doing😂  stretches and exercise work for me.. I dont think its a disc issue.. i'm just tall and everything is down and in.. so.. constant wear and tear on the lower back.. and I slack on doing the workouts I should be doing🙏 hope you're having a good weekend so far. summer temps down here today
