GM GM! My sleep schedule is still a little wonky. I'm staying up too late, and then sleeping in because of it, but, we vibe on! Let's enjoy the last day of the weekend! β β π

What I heard to reset the internal clock (if you wanted to) is to set your alarm for what time you want to wake daily, and get your ass up when it goes off no matter how tired you are or how late you were up. And each day youβll become tired at a more natural time and correct the schedule

Solid advice, I'll try this starting tomorrow morning. My Occupational Therapist did say I need to add some productivity tasks to my week days to help me get back in a routine through the week lol π x 555
