I’m guessing we are a similar age. 1995 is just the last time I had anything alcoholic to drink basically lol! I was pretty young, got quite drunk, didn’t like a thing about it, and never went back 😂

Post college I gave up on it a while because of the fear of drug tests while looking for jobs, next thing I know a few years go by and I got back into it probably 25-26 range and enjoyed both again ever since lol. Makes life much easier now that it’s legal, at least in my state

For me it’s worth the price increase (although in Colorado that has actually come down quite a bit after the initial few years so that may happen for you all in time) just for the peace of mind. Especially with kids. It’s a little scary here being that they can take your kiddos for it still.

Ya man, not sure how much collecting you're doing these days, but when I saw Rick's first post of that particular series I instantly thought of you and had to get extras to share. Rodeo is fun in that aspect, I deposited .01 eth and it'll get me 100 pieces, I think I'm pushing 400 in my collection so far lol

Ya the best way I can describe it is it feels like Instagram for sharing art, people post their photo or art, and it’s mintable, so it turns into editions basically, and each piece costs the collector .0001 idk how much creators get from that, I’ve seen some pieces get minted hundreds of times and it turns into some burger money for sure. I think it’s worth exploring, if you have photos that you never really intended on selling for whatever reason, you can share there and potentially earn some scratch

That’s interesting!! I’m definitely intrigued. I guess my mindset has always been to release my best work as 1/1’s or editions of like 10 but it’s hard for people to lay down that sort of cash sometimes (most times) so sales are generally few and far between. Releasing some art this way is more just for the fun of it and to spread some stuff around and also to build community which are all good things as well. Also there’s less stress because I don’t have to put so much pressure on myself when releasing pieces 😄 Man I go around in circles for weeks sometimes dropping 1/1 work 😂

Dude exactly this. It’s a tool, you pump some photos out that you never cared to list for sale, you get some eyes on your work, you gain some followers, you have fun with no expectations, and maybe earn some eth to play with or collect from others. There are some heavy hitting photographers on there that I bet would love to see you there as well
