Lucky you! My MIL still works, and my mother lives an hour away so it would have to be a serious issue lol

my MIL still works full time, but for herself, so she's typically got some flexibility. she's the whole reason we live where we do, she saves our ass on a regular basis. and she watches the lil one two days a week, AND does school pickup every day bc we're still working, keeps em an hour, then drop them off for dinner. we're very lucky. ok maybe that was tmi. sorry.

Na not at all dude you’re lucky as hell to have that! My MIL used to be more attentive and helpful but she divorced my FIL and she’s in her own world these days 😂
