I had the most amazing thing I've ever eaten and it is sprouts, from a restaurant @burrrrrberry took me to. Fried brussle leaves with pear and soy-honey... OMFG! The asian pear is sittin on my counter just waiting to ripen so I can try and re create it 🤞

That looks like a solid dish! My wife likes them, there’s a restaurant near us she gets some sort of roasted Parmesan sprouts that actually smell pretty damn good lol
