Hi Ryan! I was well till 3 p.m. Then a pain in the stomach area out of the blue. Possibly due to something I had for lunch. Tortured me. I'm feeling slightly better after the night's sleep. Hope it goes away and lets me enjoy Sunday at least. 

How was your Saturday? Good fun with the trio at their Grandma's?

Oh no hope you’re better man! Kiddos wreaked havoc per usual lol but it’s nice to visit and get them out of the house

I'm feeling much better today but the pain isn't completely gone. Hope to feel completely alright tomorrow.
