Thatโ€™s cool as hell! Iโ€™ve seen videos of people using gravity fed pellet stoves too, no electricity, but youโ€™d still need to buy pellets, or make them I guess, but solar is the clearly superior option when done right

Yeah, and in NM there is no plethora of wood, so burning is not smart. Using passive solar and then supplementing on occasion with electric heat should require minimum power consumption. Making it cheap AF too since I don't need a lot of heating or cooling. I get tax breaks for being 100% electric.

Ya I figured it would likely depend on the area as well, thatโ€™s sick, maximum use of natural resources, minimum paying the government
