I love it too, the whole process of stacking wood and splitting it and lighting the fire and tending to it. You’re not too far, weather gotta be similar, get you a wood stove! Or a pellet stove so you can just flip a switch haha that’s what my parents have

That’s cool good man! My neighbor cleared some land a few years ago and I had all the trees dropped in my yard so I bucked them and split everything and burned for free for years, unfortunately now I had to buy a couple cord, but we also scavenge some trees from the woods or family or friends 😂

My parents had a wood burning stove. My dad would drag my brother and I out in the woods to look for fell trees.
