there are two distinct coin buyers: 1. collectors - doing it for the joy. to support the creator. not price sensitive, but love a 100x because it funds their collecting. 2. traders - doing it for the money. working to be early. both are important and base is for everyone.

why are both important? because if you don't have collectors, there's not a steady, organic, real demand for the onchain content. and if you don't have the traders, there's significantly less economic activity that can drive flows of value to creators (and collectors). both.

Both are important. They’re two sides of the same coin. Traders are collectors who can use what they collect. Collecting content and doing nothing with it does not make it valuable. Collecting a record and never listening to it, looking at it, or showing it off doesn’t make it more valuable. The Wu-Tang album is a good example of this. It has very little cultural value specifically because so few have heard it. The group you’re calling Collectors are people who need to be able to use what they collect. Apps which use onchain content will drive demand for more onchain content.
