Women are waking up to the fact that conservative values have kept them stuck in second-class roles, stripping them of personal freedoms and rights, enforcing outdated gender norms, and ultimately limiting their potential. 

Meanwhile, they’re watching many of their male counterparts celebrate and put in power assholes like Donald Trump, who actively want to deprive them of equality and the very rights they’re fighting for! 😤

I don’t see what is unique about ~2010 that would be galvanizing to feminism when this data starts taking off

There wasn’t really a big backlash to woke style feminism that is ostensibly what women would in turn be reacting to here until later, especially 2022 with the overturn of Roe v Wade
