Soo...in all my years as a line cook which has been over two decades, I have never worked in a more disorganized chaos mess then what i just walked into...So yeah did some dough chopped some veg...the owner left the other cook doesn't speak my language and i eventually said you know what not happening and I walked out. 
Such a disaster place. Rotten food, in the fridge no labels no tidiness. Dishes piled in the dish pit from Saturday night!! Today's Tuesday...People rave about the food im surprised its not shutdown from the health and safety it was disgusting.

Seafood, next to a box of beef. cooked fish on top of veggies, uncovered haddock for fish and chips, sauces no dates no labels, a giant bucket of broth open on the floor up the wall everywhere. No self respecting business owner would hire someone and have them walk in to that shit show. Rotten week old dough in a fridge...crusty pizza sauce ...I have never been more disgusted with a restaurant then that place. Went to use the washroom total right off no paper towel to dry your hands..shit stains everywhere.  
These people are cooking peoples food and in absolute squalor.
