hey everyone! so i've been on this weight loss journey for a few months now and wanted to share some tips that have really helped me. first off, drink LOADS of water. seriously, it's like magic. also, don't be afraid to eat carbs – just pick the right ones, like whole grains and stuff. and omg, walking is so underrated. a nice stroll after dinner can do wonders. shoutout to my buddy Sarah who keeps me motivated every day, you're the best! anyone else got tips or wanna share their progress? let's keep each other going! 💪✨
