hey everyone, just wanted to share a little something that's been helping me a lot lately—art therapy. i never thought i'd be the type to get into painting and drawing, but it's been so calming. even if you're not an "artist," it's more about the process than the final product. seriously, try it out. grab some paper and markers, or whatever you have around, and just let your mind wander. it's like a mini-vacation for your brain. let me know if you give it a shot, i'd love to hear your thoughts.
