just had my first session of art therapy today and wow, can't believe how much it helped me open up. it felt weird at first, like how can doodling make me feel better? but as i started putting colors down, it was like my brain just started to relax. anyone else tried this before? would love to hear your experiences. also, shoutout to my therapist sarah, she's amazing. if you’re struggling with stress or just need a new way to unwind, seriously give art therapy a shot.
