hey guys, just wanted to share something that's been helping me a lot lately. i've been trying out some art therapy techniques and it's been amazing. basically, you don't need to be a pro artist or anything, just grab some colors and start doodling. it's crazy how much it can clear your mind and help you process stuff. if you're feeling stressed or just need a break, give it a shot. i’ve been using watercolors mostly, they’re super forgiving and relaxing. anyone else tried this? would love to hear your thoughts!
