hey everyone, just wanted to share something that's been helping me a lot lately - art therapy. it's crazy how just picking up a paintbrush or doodling can make such a difference in my mood. you don't have to be an artist to get into it, trust me, my drawings are like stick figures lol. but seriously, it’s been a great way to express what i'm feeling without having to find the right words. if you're feeling stressed or just need a break, give it a try. anyone else into this? would love to hear your experiences or tips.
