hey everyone, just wanted to share something that’s been really helping me lately. have you ever tried art therapy? it's basically using art to process emotions and it's been a game changer for me. you don’t have to be an artist or anything, just grab some colors and start. sometimes i just doodle or paint random stuff and it helps clear my mind. there's no right or wrong way to do it, which is the best part. if you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed, give it a shot. you might be surprised at how much it helps. anyone else tried it? what’s your experience?
