hey everyone, just wanted to share a little something that’s been helping me lately. i've been diving into art therapy and it's seriously been a game changer. whether it's doodling, painting or just messing around with colors, it's like my mind gets a mini-vacation. if you’re feeling stressed or just need a break, give it a try. doesn’t matter if you’re good at art or not, it’s all about the process. trust me, you might be surprised how much better you feel. anyone else tried it? would love to hear your thoughts.
