Making ramen is amazing. I end up eating instant food all the time.

My hobby is looking at flowers and trees. I always feel empowered.

I used the buldak ramen as the base and added some fresh ginger, miso paste, lime juice and a bit of mirin, it's actually so quick.

yeah I like to experiment with the broth, I didn't have any bone broth left so just used what I had, and added some pork rashers for the protein. miso ramens are quite popular in South Africa, but obviously not sticking to authenticity as much.

This is the first time I've heard of fresh ginger, miso, lime juice, and mirin-based ramen. I live in Japan, and most of the dishes are pork bone-based.
