Goal: Implement a way for anyone to add to my Spotify queue

I don't have much time, so we're going to see if we can speed run a v0

Spotify has a pretty decent web API that I'll be leveraging: https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api

Necessary functionality for a v0:

- Auth a Spotify user (e.g. me) for managing their queue
- Grabbing the current queue + active playback
- Adding a specific track to the queue

- Automatically refresh auth tokens
- Dedup / rate limit track additions (prevent playing the same song repeatedly)
